Maple Lane Farms hosts its 28th annual corn maze at 1126 Maple Lane in Greenback. The 2026 fall event runs Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from October 2 through October 31. The farm lists an 8-acre corn maze, tractor-pulled hayrides, a pumpkin patch, sunflower fields, inflatables, photo spots, campfires, cornhole, music, food vendors, and a barn store.

The maze and Tennessee Terror attractions become haunted on selected October evenings, so families with younger children should check the farm's event page before choosing a time. Pets should stay home. The farm says it accepts cash and credit cards, with a separate cash price.
